Control Knob

There is at least one control knob.

The knob is most often near your right-hand thumb on the back of the camera.

Many cameras have a second control knob, near the shutter release, for the forefinger.

Many Canon cameras have an additional knob on the back of the camera.

These control knobs are used to change the aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance (WB), and other functions.

When a function button is held down, such as ISO, that setting is changed by moving a control knob.
